Our Team
Our team brings decades of experience across luxury residential and commercial development, delivering high-end projects with deep expertise in design, construction, and large-scale property delivery.
Chris Pettie
Chris holds a degree in Commercial Management and Quantity Surveying from Loughborough University. He began his career as a Quantity Surveyor at Amec Capital Projects, where he worked on major projects including the new terminal at Bristol International Airport and the refurbishment of Victoria House in Holborn.

He later moved into Project Management roles with two London-based firms before co-founding Igloo Developments with Tim in 2010.
James Edwards
James has worked in large scale property development for more than 13 years for a number of established developers across the country.

He has had overall responsibility for projects totalling in excess of £1.7bn GDV spanning all types of residential and commercial opportunities.
Sam Kenchington
Sam graduated from the London Institute with a BA(Hons) in media design in 2000 & worked in the design industry for several years before a change in focus led him into construction.

He worked on numerous construction projects both commercial and residential for various companies where his eye for detail became a strong attribute. He joined the Igloo team in October 2019 and over the years has become part of the management team where he now enjoys his role and the responsibilities of Site/Project manager.
Tim Edwards
Tim Edwards has been involved in property development for over 40 years and most recently, in addition to many residential development transactions, has managed and steered the development of Beaverbrook Hotel & Golf Club in Surrey.
Spencer Goodyear
Spencer is an experienced chartered Project Manager having begun his career working in the commercial teams of several main contractors before transitioning into project management with several multidisciplinary consultancies. As a consultant, he provides project management services for Igloo Developments, managing the construction delivery of their development and private client schemes.
Jon Bowler
Jon is an experienced chartered quantity surveyor who has worked for several main contractors, residential developers, and consultancies during the course of his career.  He provides consultancy quantity surveying and commercial services for Igloo Developments having undertaken several projects over the last decade.
