IGLOO CARE

The need for later living accommodation in the UK has never been so high, and it is our mission to source and develop suitable land opportunities across the UK for this sector.  Utilising our specialist expertise, we ensure sites are fully optimised from the initial assessment stage, through to planning consent and delivered to the highest quality. Throughout the design and planning process, we tailor projects to meet the needs of our healthcare partners/operators, with their future residents in mind, so that schemes can become successful thriving communities in the long term.

In partnership with Igloo Developments, a well-established high-end residential developer, we utilise a strong track record in delivering multiple high-quality developments.  This partnership also provides a multifaceted ability to consider residential proposals alongside those suitable for the care sector.

FUNDING

We are a privately owned business which enables us to offer a more tailored and innovative approach to assessing and delivering proposals.  Our broad range of expertise, coupled with strong financial backing, means that we can make quick decisions and work with highly reputable experts within the sector to achieve strong results for all involved.

All opportunities presented to us are assessed and considered on a bespoke basis with the ability to create flexible acquisition structures.
